About the Role
The YMCA NSW is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Aquatic Safety Specialist. As a key member of our Recreation Team, you will be responsible for actively supervising the pool and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and manage safety issues
- Respond to emergency incidents and related reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service
About You
You will be a self-motivated and customer service-focused individual with superior communication and observation skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge. Your ability to keep calm and act quickly in an emergency situation will see you excel in this role.
