We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Development Specialist - Disability Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support services to individuals with disability, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual">
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery">
  • Provide education and training to individuals, families, and carers to promote independence and self-advocacy">

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes">

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A relevant degree in a field such as Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology">
  • Registration with AHPRA/ SPA/ ESSA or eligibility to register upon graduation">
  • Experience working with individuals with disability, preferably in a clinical setting">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines">
