We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where they can contribute their expertise to the development of preventative maintenance strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, conducting preventive maintenance routines, identifying the root cause of equipment failures and implementing solutions, and providing timely and effective resolution of plant failures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong working knowledge and application of preventative maintenance strategies, experience working in a structured maintenance team with accountability for KPI delivery, a proactive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality results, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will also need to have formal trade qualifications, willingness to work shifts as required, intermediate computer skills, welding skills (MMAW & MIG essential, TIG optional), significant experience as a Maintenance Fitter, preferably in manufacturing, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, hydraulics and pneumatics training and experience, and flexible work availability.

Key Responsibilities
