Job Overview

A highly skilled Field Service Professional is required to support clients in the NSW underground mining industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipment diagnostics and repairs, testing and adjustment of machinery, auditing and reporting of underground equipment, commissioning of new equipment on client sites, and training of personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks and diagnose issues with Inorail equipment.
  • Testing and Adjustment: Test and adjust Inorail equipment in operation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of Inorail underground equipment and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Commissioning: Commission new Inorail equipment on client sites and ensure it meets the required standards.
  • Training: Provide training to client's personnel on the use and maintenance of Inorail equipment.
Requirements
  • Pre-Employment Medical: Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol screen.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
  • Licence: Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to work in Australia.
  • Technical Aptitude: High technical/mechanical aptitude and a proven high level of customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good understanding of computer systems.
  • OEM Experience: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience and field service exposure will also be highly regarded.

You will report to the Operations Manager and support existing customers to optimize equipment availability and reliability.
