Senior Finance Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Senior Manager. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering strategic financial initiatives across the organization.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and be able to develop business cases and communicate insights with clarity. They will also have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to influence and build trusted relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic financial support to the organization
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Lead and manage financial reporting and analysis
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified accountant with CA or CPA accreditation
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to develop business cases and communicate insights with clarity
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach
