Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the operations and readiness of our responder network in NSW, VIC, and ACT. As the Response Network Manager, you will oversee the full responder lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, accreditation, rostering, and ongoing engagement.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field. If you have 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities
  1. Manage responder compliance, mandatory training schedules, and accreditation records to maintain operational readiness
  2. Deliver and monitor training programs that build and sustain responder capability and confidence
  3. Build and maintain on-call rosters, ensuring sufficient coverage and clear communication across the network

Requirements
  • Experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or a similar high-accountability field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes
  • Strong track record in managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building trust across a dispersed workforce
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort navigating shifting priorities and making sound decisions under pressure
  • Understanding of incident management frameworks and how to apply them in training and daily operations
