About us

Ustore operates a premier Asian supermarket in Sydney. The store specializes in a wide range of imported Asian goods. The supermarket also sells products on online platforms. USTORE has a sub-brand, UBOTTLE, which is a premium wine retailer featuring Asian wines.

Ustore is seeking an experienced Marketing specialist to join the team full-time. To apply for this position, you need to have minimum 2 year of working experience in a similar role.

Duties & responsibilitiesAs a Marketing Specialist at Ustore, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and enhancing our market presence. Key duties include:

ž Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

ž Execute targeted campaigns to promote our brand.

ž Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

ž Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

ž Oversee digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.

ž Monitor and optimize online presence to maximize engagement and reach.

ž Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.

ž Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

ž Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess marketing campaign effectiveness.

ž Provide detailed reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

ž Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty.

ž Create and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.

Preferred Qualification

Ÿ A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising

Ÿ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing specialist role

Ÿ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.

Ÿ Strong creative and analytical skills.

Ÿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
