Job Title: Technical Expertise

The role of a Technical Consultant involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding the technical delivery of modern workplace projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take on the role of Technical Lead across client projects, mentoring junior consultants and collaborating with Project Managers to define project scope, delivery plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Step into project management for smaller engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the sales process by understanding client needs and identifying the right technical solutions.
  • Provide input into solution design and technical proposals that align with client goals.
  • Actively promote products and services to uncover new opportunities and support business growth.

Required Skills:

  • Strong project consultant delivery experience from an MSP/Service Integrator or Consultancy environment.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including Current OS, infrastructure, and management capabilities.
  • Specialising in most of the following technologies: SOE build through MDT/SCCM/Intune, Active Directory, M365, AVD/RDS/Citrix, other core Microsoft products.
  • Expertise in endpoint management principals, RSoP, application allowlisting, Essential 8, security baselines.
  • Experience with MDM and MAM with macOS is desirable but not essential.
