Technical Support Specialist for Enterprise User Computing

The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert technical assistance to end-users in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues efficiently, utilizing strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to deliver outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for end-users, identifying and resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 & 11, and other technologies.
  • Maintain and enhance the level of technical support provided by leveraging innovative solutions, best practices, and industry-recognized standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in a Technical Support Specialist role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment and application deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & 11.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills under pressure.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (highly regarded).
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation (especially OS upgrades).
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Teams Rooms, Zscaler, CrowdStrike.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Kronos clocks.
