Senior EUC Operations Manager
Job Description:The successful candidate will lead end-user computing operations across a distributed environment spanning multiple countries. This involves managing the lifecycle of 10,000+ endpoints, overseeing patch management and compliance, and driving smooth operations across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a distributed EUC team across multiple geographies.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle, including deployment and decommissioning.
- Oversee patch management, compliance, and asset lifecycle management.
- Drive operations across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, iOS, and Android platforms.
We are seeking an experienced senior EUC operations manager with a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage our global EUC operations.
Requirements include:
- 5+ years in senior EUC leadership, managing 10k+ devices at enterprise scale or close to this scale.
- Retail, logistics, FMCG or similar industry experience would be an advantage.
- Technical expertise across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jamf.
- Proven experience with Apple/iOS and Android mobile fleets.
- Strong knowledge of patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographies/time zones.
