Job Description

We are seeking an individual to support a young woman in her independence at home and in the community.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive, reliable, and calm, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

You will assist our client with daily life, community activities, and routines, supporting her at her own pace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support your client with community outings, social events, and recreational activities.
  • Develop and implement routines and strategies to support your client's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Worker Screening/Blue Card.
  • Reliable insured vehicle (ABN not required).
