Store Director Opportunity

The Talent Mill is seeking a highly experienced Store Director to lead our Sydney Flagship boutique. As a respected and celebrated Fashion House, we are now expanding our presence in Australia and are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

The Role

  • Lead a team of Senior Client Advisors and Client Advisors, nurturing and developing them alongside the regional management team.
  • Set brand standards for delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Drive sales to hit daily store targets and KPIs.
  • Design and implement business strategy to develop strategic KPIs: conversion rate, cross selling, bags business development.
  • Ensure the presentation and visual standards are met in accordance with brand expectations.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador in the market to develop the visibility and the reputation of the brand.
  • Implement clienteling and ensure clients engagement, recruitment, retention and upgrading with high attention on local domestic clients.
  • Build the best team through team development, recruitment and retention, ensuring career development and succession plans.
  • Grant the right level of coaching and development to all team members to develop their skills and qualities by managing their performance, providing feedbacks, and fostering their motivation.

The Skillset

  • Luxury customer service background is essential (RTW highly regarded).
  • CRM and VIP building experience.
  • Passionate and motivated to achieve.
  • Minimum 5 years retail leadership experience preferably in luxury fashion brand.
  • Strong passion working for luxury brand.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated team player with outgoing personality.
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Ability to communicate with HQ and his team sharing constructive feedbacks and clear strategies.
  • Very good understanding and driving of retail performance KPIs.
  • Engaging, positive and motivating communication skills.
