Marketing Automation Specialist

This role is focused on driving customer engagement and retention through the development of automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies, as well as hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- Design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Build and manage automated, multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring they are personalised and insight-led.
- Optimise existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing with business goals.
- Define and track key performance metrics, running A/B tests and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- Proven ability to design and implement automated, multi-step journeys.
- An analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
