Job Title: Strategic Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating existing campaigns from Adobe Campaign Standard to Braze, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex campaign workflows from Adobe Campaign Standard to Braze, leveraging the new data model and technical capabilities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution and address any changes necessitated by the platform shift.
  • Develop high-quality, accurate campaigns in Braze, conducting thorough quality control checks on your work and others.
  • Create sophisticated multi-channel automation workflows, managing campaign delivery and performance measures to meet business objectives.
  • Design and implement report delivery systems for ongoing campaigns, ensuring data integrity and compliance with documented processes.
  • Manage campaign run sheets and technical documentation, ensuring adherence to Australian Privacy and SPAM acts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Braze or similar enterprise-grade solutions like Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data handling, extraction, and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with digital consent and privacy legislation, particularly in banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
