As our valued Marketing Automation Specialist, we are implementing a new platform to migrate complex campaigns from Adobe Campaign Standard to Braze.

You will assist in migrating campaigns using the new data model. This involves understanding existing campaigns, translating them, and liaising with stakeholders on changes required by the platform and data model change.

You will build campaigns in Braze to a high standard of accuracy and perform quality controls on your work.

This role is part of a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate campaign results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing best practice multi-channel workflows
  • Managing and maintaining campaign automation and working with stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery capability is maintained

Additional tasks include:

  • Setting up performance measures in campaigns
  • Advising stakeholders on measuring campaign objectives
  • Automating report delivery for ongoing campaigns

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high-quality data and supporting processes
  • Ensuring platform-generated data is consistent and complete

Campaign compliance is also essential, ensuring all campaigns meet privacy legislation requirements.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience with Braze or other marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • SQL skills for data handling and manipulation
  • Banking, finance, or insurance experience preferred
  • Understanding of digital consent and privacy legislation
