Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a challenging role for a highly skilled marketing automation specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of complex campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing existing campaigns within current platforms, Adobe Campaign Standard, and translating them to build in new platform, Braze, using new data model.
  • Liaising with stakeholders regarding any changes to campaigns necessitated by the change in platform and data model.
  • Building campaigns in the new platform to a meticulous standard of accuracy.
  • Performing quality controls on work and others.
Impact Areas:
  • Campaign development and automation:
    • Timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
    • Developing complex best practice multi-channel workflows.
    • Managing and maintaining campaign automation and working with stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery capability is maintained at required level.
  • Tracking and performance monitoring:
    • Setting up performance measures in all campaigns.
    • Advising key stakeholders on how to measure campaign objectives.
    • Automation of report delivery for ongoing campaigns.
  • Maintaining high data quality and supporting processes:
    • Ensuring platform-generated data is of highest possible standard, consistent, and complete.
    • Creation and management of individual campaign run sheets and technical documentation.
  • Campaign compliance with legislation:
    • All campaigns are designed and executed in full compliance with Australian Privacy and SPAM acts.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Braze or other enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica).
  • Experience using SQL for data handling, extraction, and manipulation.
  • Understanding of digital consent and privacy legislation.
