Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our Growth team as a Senior Experience Designer. In this position, you'll be responsible for leading design efforts to deliver high-quality experiences that drive customer engagement and growth.

You'll partner with other designers and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs while aligning with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points through user research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to design and launch new features and products.
  • Drive design decisions using data and experimentation, ensuring that our solutions are effective and scalable.
  • Maintain and improve our design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across our products.
  • Grow your skills and expertise by contributing to industry-wide design patterns and libraries.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a core product designer, preferably in a Growth or experimental design context.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your visual and interaction design skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advocate for design-driven solutions.
  • Experience working with design systems and experimentation methodologies.
  • A deep understanding of SaaS principles and the importance of balancing customer needs with business goals.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
