Open Space Grounds Manager

We are seeking an experienced turf maintenance professional to lead a team in maintaining and enhancing green spaces.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and be responsible for supervising and coordinating a team of outdoor maintenance operators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and enhancing open space areas
- Inspecting sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn care and maintenance
- Enforcing safety protocols and procedures
- Maintaining and operating various equipment
- Coordinating team activities and ensuring safe and efficient operations
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong leadership skills, and a passion for safety and adherence to safety protocols.
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in outdoor turf management and maintenance
- Proven proficiency in operating and maintaining outdoor equipment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
- A valid Working With Children Check and current Drivers' license
