We are seeking an experienced retail leader to lead our team at a new store in Armidale. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion and wants to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to drive sales and achieve targets
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personal styling advice and support
  • Mentor and motivate your team to enhance their performance and engagement
  • Organise and manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising
  • Cost and manage monthly rosters to meet allocated budgets
  • Elevate merchandising standards to maintain the premium look and feel of the store
  • Support and run events to connect with the community and build brand awareness

About You:

  • Prior experience in retail leadership or store management is required
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills are essential
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities are necessary
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities are required
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems is desirable
  • A passion for fashion and making people feel great is essential
