ROLE IN A NUTSHELL:

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team at our NEW Armidale store, opening at the end of June with a mid-June start.

This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about fashion and ready to take the next step in their career. You'll be empowered to lead store operations end-to-end while enjoying a rotating roster that guarantees every second weekend off.

We support your journey with a full induction and ongoing development to help you thrive in your role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Collaborate with your team to drive store sales and achieve targets
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personal styling advice and service
  • Mentor and motivate your team to enhance their performance and engagement
  • Organise and manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising
  • Cost and manage monthly rosters in line with allocated budgets
  • Elevate merchandising standards to maintain the premium look and feel of the store
  • Support and run events including morning teas and fashion shows to connect with the community and build brand awareness

ABOUT YOU:

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Prior experience in retail leadership or store management
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems
  • A passion for fashion and making people feel great
