Job Title: Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our store operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leadership roles and possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

This is a full-time position with a rotating roster structure, ensuring work-life balance with every second weekend off. As a member of our team, you will be empowered to lead store operations end-to-end, including managing stock, inventory, visual merchandising, and monthly rosters within allocated budgets.

About the Role:
  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences through personal styling advice and service.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to enhance their performance and engagement.
  • Organize and manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium look and feel of the store.
  • Elevate merchandising standards and support events, including morning teas and fashion shows, to connect with the community and build brand awareness.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in retail leadership or store management.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, POS, and EFTPOS systems.
