About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering quality services that positively impact residents' lives.

As the Aged Care Manager, you will drive operational excellence in line with new Aged Care Standards and organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a skilled Clinical Care Manager and a team of experienced Registered Nurses on-site.
  • Ensuring operational excellence in accordance with Aged Care Legislation and Accreditation.
  • Maintaining a collaborative company culture and providing support to your team.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.
  • Proven operational leadership skills and experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and ANACC.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and valid police check clearance.
