Key Role Details

The role of Department Manager plays a vital part in the success of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving exceptional customer service.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your primary focus will be on managing daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes monitoring stock recovery, achieving sales growth and meeting department KPI targets.

  • A strong retail leadership background with experience in managing teams
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Visual merchandising expertise
  • Ability to work physically demanding roles with large volumes of stock
  • An owner's mindset with a passion for delivering results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT competency
  • First Aid certified or willingness to obtain training
