About this role:

As a seasoned ecommerce and customer relationship management professional, you will oversee the digital presence of a leading health and wellness brand, driving engagement and retention through impactful strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Development: Develop and execute high-performing ecommerce strategies that boost traffic, conversions, and user experience.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Collaborate with agency partners to manage SEO/SEM plans, focusing on return-on-investment-driven campaigns and trend analysis.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Strategy: Roll out personalized CRM strategies across the organization, delivering memorable customer journeys through digital and in-clinic channels.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional teams to bring ecommerce and CRM initiatives to life, creating standout consumer experiences.
We're looking for:
  • 5+ years of B2C ecommerce and CRM marketing experience in beauty, fast-moving consumer goods, or retail.
  • Data analysis skills with a proven ability to identify target audiences, boost sales, and drive conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with software-as-a-service platforms, customer data platforms/crm systems, and google analytics.
  • Familiarity with retail ecommerce and CRM strategies, focusing on SEO/SEM and performance marketing.
  • Strong leadership, consulting, and organizational skills to align teams around ecommerce and CRM initiatives.
