Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated eCommerce professional to make a significant impact with a well-respected retailer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business website and online store, focusing on ongoing improvements to better meet customer needs and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full product lifecycle of the online store, including merchandising, promotions, and product availability.
  • Drive sales and profitability through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead enhancement projects to maximise efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Oversight of digital marketing strategy to ensure effective return on ad spend.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure most effective SEO, CRO & SEM plans and tactics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 years' experience in an eCommerce role, preferably in retail or B2C environments.
  • Strong commercial focus and ability to deliver sales results.
  • Experience across CRM & Email Marketing.
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data.
