">About the Opportunity

We are seeking an individual who can develop project plans that align with strategic goals, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project delivery within agreed timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that meet safety, compliance, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including L&D managers, specialists, SMEs, and senior leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the creation and delivery of project scopes and packages within agreed deadlines.
  • Contribute to risk identification and management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse project performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
About You
  • Tertiary or vocational qualifications in a technical or project management discipline, or equivalent experience in a professional environment.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar project environment, preferably in the Defence industry or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies, financial management, stakeholder management, and personnel management.
  • Experience with relevant project management applications, such as MS Project, Jira, SharePoint, and MS Excel.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and multitasking skills, with resilience, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships, work collaboratively in teams, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role depends on obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
