About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager with expertise in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) services, particularly Power Platform solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector is an advantage, as we partner with charities, NGOs, and other mission-driven organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets

Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions accordingly

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals

Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and industry trends

Engage with key stakeholders in the not-for-profit sector to understand their digital transformation needs

Represent XP at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development/sales for Microsoft D365 and Power Platform solutions

Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, automation, and data analytics within Microsoft's ecosystem

Experience operating within the not-for-profit sector (an advantage)

Able to engage C-level executives and key decision-makers

Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, partner networks, and incentive programs
