We are seeking an Activity Management Officer to join our Inclusive Employment program in the Maroondah, Bayside, and Monash areas. As an Activity Management Officer, you will conduct health and safety risk assessments, support participants to overcome barriers, and collaborate with community organisations to coordinate activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver activities that promote employment and education outcomes.
You will have:
- Experience in Employment Services, including knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector
- Ability to apply tailored strategies to meet participant needs
- Skills to manage high workloads, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
