About this Role
As an Activity Management Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality employment services to individuals with disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting health and safety risk assessments, maintaining incident management reporting, and supporting participants to overcome barriers and connect with activities across various Employment Service Areas.
You will also collaborate with community organisations to coordinate and develop activities, source and match participants with suitable activities, and conduct participant interviews and assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in Employment Services, knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sector, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be working closely with a diverse group of people, including individuals with disabilities, their families, and community service providers.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, autonomous, and able to maintain strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in Employment Services, particularly in the disability sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
