Job Role

Delivering exceptional support and care to individuals in their own homes is a key responsibility of this role.

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide domestic assistance to clients, helping them with daily tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, personal care, and respite care.

  • Assist with cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for clients
  • Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Accompany clients on unaccompanied shopping trips
  • Provide respite care for clients allowing carers to take breaks

You will work directly with clients in their homes, enjoying flexible roster arrangements that suit your lifestyle. This role offers a rewarding experience that requires empathy and compassion.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability/Home and Community Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Ability to travel within the service area
  • Good physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
