We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning.
- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address identified needs and goals.
- Deliver expert interventions to promote participants' autonomy and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend environmental adaptations and assistive technologies.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Relevant insurances including public liability, professional indemnity, and comprehensive car insurance.
- Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Action ABN.
- Flexibility to manage own schedule.
- Access to professional development, free clinical supervision, and opportunities to attend workshops or team events.
