We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who share our passion for supporting people with a disability in an inclusive way that meets the individual needs of each client.
About the Role- Support a male client with daily living tasks and activities
- Work collaboratively with a team to provide person-centred active support
- Demonstrate leadership skills and initiative in a support environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and their families
- Qualification in disability support or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if required
