About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to lead our Power Management and Control team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Power Management and Control Product Management team to achieve strategic objectives and foster a high-performing team culture.
  • Develop and achieve budgets and plans for the Power Management and Control business across various sales channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market demands.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop the Power Management and Control product strategy, while building and maintaining key relationships with vendor partners.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding assigned products and competitor offerings, enabling informed decision-making and competitive positioning in the market.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external product training programs, produce technical tools for the sales team, and ensure all work is conducted safely and professionally.
About You
  • Qualifications in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Trade Qualified Electrician.
  • Leadership experience in managing a product management team.
  • Previous experience in Energy Management, Power Quality and Systems, Surge Protection.
  • Marketing qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial background to lead a product business unit.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in the management of KPIs, margins, and sales figures.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
