**Transport / Warehouse Team Leader PM SHIFT - 3PM START**

Our client is an Australian-owned family business that takes pride in offering exceptional freight distribution and warehousing services in QLD, NSW and VIC and are leaders in the industry.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- **Transport & Logistics Knowledge**: A solid understanding of the Transport & Logistics industry will be essential to excel in this role.
- **Professionalism and People Skills**: A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy across all transport functions is crucial for success.
- **Adaptability**: We need someone who can handle changing work requirements with flexibility and versatility.
- **Chain of Responsibility Awareness**: Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility regulations is necessary to ensure compliance and safety.
- **Current Forklift Licence**

**Responsibilities Include, however not limited to**:

- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of freight in line with company requirements.
- Securing loads in accordance with company and legal standards before vehicles depart the depot.
- Assisting the shift with any ad hoc operational duties.
- Conduct regular safety and vehicle checks to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all operations comply with the Dangerous Goods Code.
- Assist the management of pallet transfers inbound and outbound. Ensuring all pallets are accounted for, for reporting and management purposes.
