The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Support Specialist to join our in-house legal department in Padstow. This is an excellent opportunity for a third or fourth-year law student to gain real working experience in a high-performing team.

This role involves assisting a team of lawyers with preparation and editing of legal agreements, providing feedback to stakeholders, administrative assistance, and overall support of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of legal template documents, including franchise agreements, guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and other legal template documents.
  • Conduct company and business name searches.
  • Checking signatures and signing protocols have been followed.
  • Assist a team of 5 lawyers with workflow: delivery of legal advice, monitoring and following up on key dates.
  • Maintain and assist with legal file maintenance and record keeping.
  • Respond to issues and enquiries; all around administrative support.
