We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated In-House Paralegal Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our in-house legal department, assisting with the preparation and editing of legal agreements, providing feedback to stakeholders, and maintaining day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of legal template documents, including franchise agreements, guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and other legal templates
  • Conduct company and business name searches to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Verify signatures and signing protocols to ensure authenticity and legitimacy
  • Support a team of 5 lawyers with workflow management, delivery of legal advice, monitoring, and following up on key dates
  • Maintain and assist with legal file maintenance and record keeping to ensure organization and accessibility
  • Respond to issues and enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support
