The Role

">

As a Paralegal, you will assist a team of lawyers in an in-house legal department with preparation and editing of legal agreements.

You will provide feedback to stakeholders, perform administrative tasks, and support day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing legal template documents, including franchise agreements, guarantees, confidentiality agreements, and other legal template documents.
  • Conduct company and business name searches.
  • Check signatures and ensure signing protocols have been followed.
  • Support a team of 5 lawyers with workflow, delivery of legal advice, monitoring, and following up on key dates.
  • Maintain and assist with legal file maintenance and record keeping.
  • Respond to issues and enquiries, providing overall administrative support.
