We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Finance and Planning team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited in Padstow, NSW. This role is designed to produce valuable insights and financial information to support decision-making.

The salary for this position is approximately AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership teams to support periodic forecasts and budgets, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and preparing business cases. You will also be responsible for end-of-month financial reviews, presenting key variances and insights to the executive team, and creating monthly management packs.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, TM1, Planning & Analytics, and Power BI is also essential.

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development, including ongoing learning and development programs, flexible working arrangements, and employee discounts with corporate partners.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Business or Commerce, a CA/CPA qualification, and at least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Previous experience in franchise businesses is highly regarded.
