**The Role**
Navy Aviation, Aircrew Training and Commons Branch (NATC) is currently looking for Quality Systems professionals to fill APS 6 Quality Management Officer positions located at the RAAF Base in East Sale and in the Melbourne CBD.

The APS 6 Quality Systems Manager position reports to the Governance Manager and the key duties you will be responsible for, but not limited to, are:

- Working with key stakeholders to support the identification and management of opportunities and risks with data, supporting the development of controls and undertaking regular reporting.
- Contribute to the strategic review of the Quality Management system in the areas of strategic and business planning, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
- Tailor communication style and language according to the audience’s level of knowledge, skill and experience.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members, management and stakeholders.
- Analyse and suggest improvements to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure appropriate performance against best practice.
- Design and implement solutions to issues affecting the achievement of desired outcomes.

**About our Team**
As part of the Joint Aviation Systems Division (JASD) within Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), NATC delivers Pilot Training and Aviation Commons assets in support of Defence Capability and Operations. NATC is located in Canberra however these positions are available at business units in regional Victoria at the RAAF Base East Sale and in the Melbourne CBD.
