Electrical Distribution Project Engineer

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead electrical distribution projects from conceptualization to completion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and implementing overhead and underground electric power distribution systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing technical deliverables, coordinating construction packages, and mentoring junior team members. A strong background in project execution, particularly in the Power Market Sector, is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive designs for overhead and underground electric power distribution systems
  • Preparing detailed construction packages, including plan and profile drawings, structure assemblies, and staking tables
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members in project execution and quality control
  • Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with design software such as PLS-CADD and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and relevant industry standards

This role offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits package. The targeted compensation range is $76,608 - $158,976, depending on skills, experience, education, and geographical location.
