Electrical Distribution Project Leader

Job Description:
  • Oversee and lead electrical distribution projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Develop project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead quality assurance processes to meet HDR's Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and administrative staff, to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Leverage internal resources to execute work and deliver exceptional client services.
  • Perform project management, client management, and technical support activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical distribution design and project management. They should have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
