Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

This is a permanent full-time position requiring exceptional organisational and communication skills.

The role involves providing operational support in the development, implementation and management of marketing and media strategic planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate teacher relief scheduling and manage associated payroll duties.
  • Offer human resource support and advice to the Executive team and staff on day-to-day matters.
  • Manage and monitor annual marketing budgets to deliver high-quality promotional activities.

A strong problem-solving approach will be required to meet the needs of this multifaceted role.

Daily start and finish times will be negotiated with the successful applicant noting flexibility prior to 8:00am may be necessary.

Organisational skills are essential for this position as it requires coordinating multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Communication skills are also vital as regular interaction with stakeholders will be required.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Project management skills are crucial in ensuring effective delivery of promotional activities.

A flexible approach to working hours is necessary as daily start and finish times may vary.
