Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? We are seeking two **female Disability Support Workers** to join our team and provide support to a lovely 10-year-old girl who wants to build confidence when doing activities independently. The participant enjoys activities such as dancing, music, art, swimming, and a variety of sports, so we are looking for someone who can think creatively and bring new ideas to enhance her daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate and consistent support during shifts
- Engage in activities that align with the participant's interests, including art and sports
- Communicate effectively and build a strong, trusting relationship
- Think on your feet and adapt to changing needs
- Contribute ideas to enhance the participant's daily experiences
