About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Director to join our team. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will have the opportunity to shape operational strategies, lead a skilled team, and drive organisational growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and making data-driven decisions to drive business growth
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and mentor a team of managers, fostering collaboration and support, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Oversee profit and loss management and financial performance, and make recommendations to improve financial outcomes

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the occupational rehabilitation sector, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven leadership experience for at least 2 years within the sector, with a strong track record of managing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of occupational rehabilitation practices and industry trends, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest developments
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and excellence
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
