Senior Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director to lead our Creative team in Australia. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our Creative capabilities and delivering award-winning work.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Leadership
- Oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content and Creative outputs, providing knowledgeable quality control and guidance to the team.
- Develop and implement a Creative strategy that aligns with our agency's goals and objectives.
- Lead in producing Creative and strategic visions for clients, working closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders.
- New Business
- Contribute to the new business process, making key decisions and playing a crucial role in selling our agency's credentials throughout the tender process.
- Lead the Creative element of credentials and pitches for clients, developing Creative concepts in line with strategic insights and messaging.
- Digital / Social Media
- Promote the use of digital products internally and develop the uptake of services offered by our agency, including specialist solutions provided by our digital team.
- Use social media to recognize trends and proactively promote new tools, solutions, and processes to continuously evolve and optimize client PR campaigns across the business.
- Team Working and Development
- Take overall leadership responsibility for upskilling Creative capabilities of the wider team, including coaching, supervision, assessment, and reviews of all team members.
- Help build a high-calibre, talented, and motivated Creative team, nurturing and preserving our agency's culture.
- Set strategic team objectives on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Define deliverable client objectives and set standards of excellence for all client activity, driving commitment from all levels of the team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Director who is driven to take ownership of and build a critical service for our agency. You will have a strong track record of delivering award-winning work and a deep understanding of the Creative process. You will be a strong leader with the skills and aptitude to develop and motivate a team.
You will have a relevant background in a B2B, corporate, consumer, or digital communications agency environment at a Director level. You will be well-versed in social media and the integration of digital marketing into the wider communications landscape. You will be able to provide consultancy on Creative requirements as well as broader marketing strategy.
You will have demonstrable success at securing new business and increasing client revenues. You will be considered, assertive, and influential, with a strong ability to develop and motivate a team.
