Hearth Support Services is a leading provider of disability support services, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Speech Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality speech pathology services to our clients.
Salary$80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Speech Pathologist to work with our interdisciplinary team in delivering person-centred speech pathology services to children and adults with complex communication needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing swallowing disorders, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and providing education and training to clients and their families.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working with people with disabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or recognised equivalent degree
- Certified Practising Membership of Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience working with people with complex communication needs
- Ability to assess and diagnose swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
