Strategic Property Delivery Expert

Contribute to Queensland's Energy Transformation

As a Strategic Property Delivery Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and review of key property, corridor selection, land management, and acquisition processes. You will foster partnerships and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring efficient procedures and practices aligned to applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in internal consulting, be a driven professional who can identify opportunities for business improvement, develop support for initiatives, and influence and train others.

Key responsibilities include leading the provision of strategic advice, developing and implementing optimized delivery processes, frameworks, and strategies; identifying and delivering innovative solutions and initiatives across business functions in a complex organization; managing interfaces with diverse internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies; and applying knowledge of relevant legislation and acts that govern project delivery processes.

  • Develop, document, and update guidelines and templates to align with Powerlink's strategies and legislation.
  • Lead the engagement with internal and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives in property and land management, rights, and acquisition.
  • Manage relationships and inputs from relevant stakeholders, ensuring efficient processes and practices aligned to applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a degree-level qualification in property/real estate, project management, law, business, commerce, or related fields, or a lesser qualification if coupled with significant relevant experience.
