Key Senior Associate Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor on a wide range of significant and strategic property matters, including navigating high-value commercial transactions, contributing to nation-building infrastructure, and supporting cross-practice collaborations in sectors such as energy, corporate, and public sector.


Some key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on leading-edge hydrogen, wind, solar, and hydro projects
  • Delivering housing and urban renewal outcomes with lasting community benefits
  • Shaping the legal framework of major rail, road, and Olympic-related developments
  • Managing landmark leasing and property matters for prominent clients

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Senior Associate with substantial broad-ranging property experience, expertise in major project work, leasing, and development law, and a commercially agile mindset with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.


They will also possess clear, confident communication and excellent relationship-building skills, and a team-first ethos and the drive to grow in a high-performance setting.
