You'll play a pivotal role in improving how our property team delivers projects, leading the way in developing, documenting, and updating procedures, guidelines, and templates to align with legislation and strategies.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and practices are in place, aligned to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and manage property and land access and acquisition processes, standards, and frameworks.
  • Apply a strategic approach to manage delivery risks from a property and land management perspective on large-scale linear infrastructure projects.
The team you'll join:

In this strategically focused role, you will be reporting to the Property Strategy and Governance Team Leader within our broader Property team. You will be working closely with various experts in our Property teams and join a dynamic group dedicated to maintaining high standards in stakeholder relations supporting the efficient delivery of complex projects.

You have been able to create successful business outcomes and improvements in process delivery by:

  • Providing strategic advice, developing and implementing optimised delivery processes, frameworks, and strategies.
  • Identifying and delivering innovative strategies across business functions in a complex organisation.
  • Managing interfaces with diverse stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Best practice leadership at both strategic and operational levels to consult with and influence senior leaders.
  • Applying knowledge of relevant Legislation and Acts that govern project delivery processes.

You will have relevant degree level qualifications in property/real estate, project management, law, business, or commerce, or significant relevant experience.
