  • Lead the development and review of processes, procedures, guidelines and templates aligned to property and land rights strategies and frameworks.
  • Manage the engagement with internal and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives in property and land management, rights and acquisition.

  • Leading the provision of strategic advice, developing and implementing optimised delivery processes, frameworks and strategies.
  • Identifying and delivering innovative strategies and initiatives across business functions in a complex organisation.
  • Managing interfaces with a diverse number of internal and external stakeholders in the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Best practice leadership at both strategic and operational levels to consult with and influence senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of relevant Legislation and Acts that govern project delivery processes in a similar regulated industry.
